Lazaris was selected to help evolve the Reflektive design language with the goal for it to become more dynamic and adaptive. This new flexibility in their brand would allow to scale their marketing and collateral deliverables.
For Reflektive, “No Bad Managers” is more than a catch phrase, it’s an ideology that radiates throughout the company. We positioned them to use this mantra to help other businesses have more success and lower turnover rates within their organizations. Before working with our team, Reflektive had a very limited creative range for their collateral needs. Afterwards, they had a robust library of type systems, patterns, animations, and illustrations they could use to create campaigns and marketing material.
Adding to Their Type System
At the outset of our collaboration, the Reflektive type system was limited to one typeface and one weight. We increased the versatility of their type system by introducing a monospace typeface and additional weights and treatments. Simple things such as leveraging all caps, when appropriate, helped drive home the message of not tolerating bad managers in the viewers organizations.
